What is our Return Policy?
Most items are returnable as long as they are returned within 30 days of order date.

Return Policy

• All return requests must be made within 30 days of original purchase date and be assigned a Return Authorization (RA) number by Customer Service. Please call Customer Service at 800-806-9604 to obtain an RA number.
• Returned items must be in their original packaging with all parts, instructions and in good condition in order to be exchanged or refunded.
• For sanitary reasons, hosiery and cushions may only be returned for refund if unused, and in their original packaging.
• Shipping charges are not refundable.
• Defective products will only be exchanged for new products of the same or like description.
• Care should be taken in packing your return. All goods are subject to inspection upon receipt prior to credit consideration.
• You are responsible for all returns' shipping and packing costs.

How do I return my product?

• To return items please call Customer Service at 800-806-9604 to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number.
• Customer Service business hours are Monday to Friday, 10:00AM to 6:00PM EST.
• Once an RA number is provided, please repack item in its original packaging and write the RA number clearly outside the box.
